Grape Vanilla Salsa with Parmesian Crackers
Grape Vanilla Salsa
½ pound red grapes (sliced)
1 ea vanilla bean
¼ cup champagne
1 T thinly sliced fresh Basil
Combine all ingredients 2 hours before service.
Serve well chilled with Parmesan wafers
Parmesan Wafers
1/2 lb Shredded parmesan Cheese
Spread cheese evenly on sheet pan and bake in 375 degree oven for 15 minutes or until bubbly and just beginning to brown. Remove from oven and allow to cool. Break into wafer size pieces
